The Challenge
The 17th RED Meeting Point, hosted by ERED, sought to provide a dynamic and professional atmosphere for industry leaders in real estate to engage and exchange ideas. The challenge was to create a visually impactful backdrop that aligned with the event’s theme, "New Rules of Engagement," while ensuring seamless audiovisual support for presentations and panel discussions in the elegant setting of the Athens Conservatoire.
The Approach
M Events delivered a custom-designed backdrop to prominently display the logos and branding elements of the Meeting Point and its sponsors. The backdrop served as a striking focal point, featuring the presentation screen, integrating the RED logo built in 3D, and sponsor visibility while enhancing the venue’s aesthetics. Audiovisual coverage was meticulously managed, including high-quality sound, dynamic lighting expanding to the venue stairs, and crystal-clear projection for the presentations. The M Events technical team ensured flawless operation throughout the event, creating an immersive experience for both speakers and attendees.
